Shipping

• Pan-India delivery in 3–7 business days.
• Free shipping on orders over ₹1,000. Flat ₹99 below that.
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Tracking details are shared via email and phone once the parcel is dispatched.

Payment

We accept two payment methods, both safe and convenient:

• UPI / QR — pay instantly with any BHIM UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay). After paying, submit your UTR/transaction reference for verification.
• Cash on Delivery — pay cash to the courier when your order is delivered. A small ₹49 handling fee applies.

Returns

• 7-day return window on unused items in original packaging.
• Books with damaged covers or printing defects can be exchanged free of cost.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment account.
